Protocol to report unlicensed activity

Florida Licensure - General Information

Licensure has been in effect in Florida since 1989. Currently, if you are employed in Public Health or in Private Practice, you must be licensed. Dietitians/Nutritionists employed by hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities are not required by law to be licensed, but licensure may be required by the individual facility.
