To become a member of Florida Dietetic Association (FDA), you must first join the American Dietetic Association (ADA). You MUST request your state affiliation (i.e., you moved to Florida, when you change your address with ADA you MUST also change your state affiliation). If Florida is the state you requested, then you will become a member of Florida Dietetic Association and will have access to all member information, as well as the Members' Only section of this website. ADA will send us confirmation of your membership. You must contact ADA with any change of address, name or contact information.

All new FDA members receive a Welcome Brochure. This is mailed once we are notified by ADA of their addresses. The brochure outlines FDA's history, licensure information, our purpose, organizational structure and association activities. A list of current officers is also provided.
