Balz Frei, PhD, is Director and Endowed Chair of the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University.  He currently serves as program director of the ten year, $11.8 million NIH grant, “Center of Excellence for Research on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Antioxidant Therapies.”  He will be speaking on Micronutrients and Health and his research on Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C.

Susan Roberts, PhD, professor of Nutrition and Psychiatry at Tufts University, is an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and obesity.  Dr. Roberts has appeared on the Today Show, ABC News and NPR.  She will speaking on The Instinct Diet, the title of her latest book which will be available for sale after her presentation.
