Christine Gerbstadt, MD, RD has been a practicing physician since 1989 and a dietitian since 1978.  As an ADA spokesperson she was a special guest on an episode of Healthy Flavors, a new TV series that demonstrates a heart-healthy approach to cooking that teaches viewers how to eat healthier without sacrificing flavor.  She will be presenting  a session on Detox Diets looking at the faddy juice diets and other toxin ridding regimens and their potential dangers.

 

Myeltia Melton, CEO of SpeakEasy Communications, Inc. will be presenting Survival Spanish for the Clinician.  Come learn her no-nonsense, practical approach to language acquisition.  Her philosophy is simple, communication is more important than conjugation, and what you learn must be relevant to what you do.
